Night one in Austin and we headed to dinner at Parkside. Toot and I got Oysters (the Virginia one was the best) and I got an unusal deconstructed pork chop (which was entirely too small of a portion for the price I was paying) to share. However, the Strawberry Sunshine was a delicious cocktail - Stoli Strawberry, lime, and bubbly. Althoguh, it was confusing because the drink tasted like strawberry, but it was yellow. Hence the confusion.
