After our first tasting appointment, we were happy with our 3 appetizer selections - brie with raspberry en croute, chicken diablo empanadas, and shrimp egg rolls - and our salad. The actual main course had left a lot to be desired. Cafe Natalie generously offered us a second tasting for our wedding entrees. We had narrowed down the meal to what we hoped would be the best selections. Vegan was a veggie couscous, with my recipe. The meat plate was a single 4 oz. portion with shrimp scampi, rosemary potatoes, and truffle asparagus.
After this tasting, we were certain that we knew who our caterer would be!
