Rollin' Rollin' Rollin'

Talal was out for the day - probably golfing but I can't recall exactly where. So, I got dressed and moving early. I drove to Phoenecia and made it home to roll them and make the stuffed squash. I set up my station on the dining table and my laptop so I could FaceTime mama the whole time.

I was proud of my (semi-) consistent grape leaves and my fabulous stuffed squash. I was super eager to see how everything would taste and turn out. After I rolled them, wrapped them and placed everything on the stove.I eagerly and anxiously waited, peeking more often than I probably should have. Let me just say that I kinda nailed it, except that they all exploded. Otherwise, nailed it!
